We recently purchased our first home and Carlos Chavez-Trevino was our fantastic realtor. We could not have asked for a better experience with Carlos. He was very professional, patient, available, and there to help walk us through the whole process. He stuck with us from start to finish. We were very apprehensive buyers. We knew what we wanted but were new to the process and became quickly overwhelmed with everything. Carlos was always there to call, text, or email about whatever concerns we were having. We never felt pressured to hurry up and make an offer. We felt as if he genuinely wanted to help us find the right home instead of just in it for the sale. He never made me feel dumb or annoying when I had questions or concerns. I know that this whole process would have been immensely more stressful had Carlos not been there to make the process more comfortable. By the end of the process we knew we were ready and the right decision was being made. Carlos will be our realtor for life! I will recommend him to anyone I know!
